The e-mail address on our account is incorrect and I cannot access my account. How can I change that e-mail address?

 

An authorized signatory or CEO from the company which owns the account will need to fill in and sign a document sent by us.

If the account is owned by a private person then that person has to sign.

In order to request this document, you will have to send an email to support@portsgroup.com.
